I have been there too. I have bounced between roles, trying to find the one that fit best with no luck on my own. I was even once told to retake a personality test because I didn’t know how untrue to myself i was the first time around.
With help from knowledgeable coaches I was able to understand how my talents worked for me as well as against me and was able to see a clear picture of what my future could be.

You Will Get:
CLIFTONSTRENGTHS ASSESSMENT CODE
You will receive a code that will allow you to gain access to the CliftonStrengths Assessment. This assessment gauges your top 5 talents, those natural things inside of you that create motivation and drive. The information from the assessment will be utilized through all 3 or 4 of our calls together.
If you have already taken the assessment we can discuss if it is in your best interest to use your top 5 report or upgrade to a different report.
3 or 4 WEEKS OF 1 : 1 COACHING CALLS
Each week will include one, one-hour coaching call to review the information we went through and review your personal information and findings. This is where the magic happens! I have been through a similar process myself and I can still remember conversations I had with my coach that was so incredibly eye-opening. I want the same for you. We will review the information and build upon that with intentional questions and conversation.
Coaching Options and Price Guide:
SINGLE COACHING SESSION -single coaching session - $125
BASIC COACHING PACKAGE -3 coaching sessions- $300

Frequently Asked Questions:

Do I have to call before signing up?
Yes, you can not get access to coaching until we touch base. I want to make sure we are 1. a good fit and 2. further details will be provided before our first session begins!

Payment Plans?
Yes, there is an option for a payment plan. Although going though a payment plan will cost you more in the long run.
3 Payments of $129

When will my calls be?
You schedule your calls based on my call availability. If there is a weekly time that works for you, feel free to book all of your sessions at once.

Cancelation?
I understand things come up. Please give me 24 hours notice via phone or email if you do have to cancel a call and reschedule. You will have access to the calendar to reschedule your call.

Reoccurring Cancelations?
If you have more than one cancelation a $15 charge will occur upon the second cancelation if it is less than 24 hours in advance.

Homework?
You will have assignments to look into in between calls. This practice must be done on your own to increase your knowledge of the concepts at hand. Review of your homework will be done in the next session.

You will always be able to email me with questions or concerns in between calls. If something is not clear, just ask. I will get back to you by the next business day!
