Information you choose to share

You may provide your name, email address, phone number, scheduling details, and information about your coaching interests when you email Molly, complete the coaching inquiry form, or schedule a call. Please do not submit medical, diagnostic, financial, or other highly sensitive information through an initial inquiry.

How information is used

Information you provide is used to respond to inquiries, schedule conversations, recommend an appropriate coaching starting point, and communicate about services. Molly Cate Coaching does not sell your personal information.

Third-party services

This site links to Google Forms, Calendly, email, and social platforms. Information you submit through those services is also handled under their respective privacy policies and security practices.

Retention and security

Reasonable steps are taken to protect personal information. Information is kept only as long as it is reasonably needed for communication, service delivery, recordkeeping, or legal obligations. No method of online storage or transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.

Young people

A parent or guardian should participate in the initial inquiry and consent process when coaching is requested for a minor. This website is not intended to collect personal information directly from children without appropriate adult involvement.
